All our quotations/invoices are subject to following terms & conditions. Acceptance of our quotation either in writing or by verbal agreement constitutes acceptance of these conditions:

1. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT:

A non-refundable initial deposit will be required before commencement of work. All invoices will need to be paid within 3 Calendar days from the date of invoice unless other payment terms and conditions have been agreed in writing. All overdue accounts will incur a 5% penalty calculated weekly. For more information, please refer to the payment plan document.

2. CANCELLATION/VARIATION:

Should the client cancel or postpone the job they shall still be deemed liable for any costs incurred by PERI CONSTRUCTION with regards to any equipment hired, materials purchased or labour charged.

3. PAYMENT METHODS:

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or Bank transfer. All payments made by credit card will incur a 2% surcharge. For more information, please refer to the payment plan document.

4. WATER AND ELECTRICITY SUPPLY:

The client shall arrange to have water & electricity supply on site at all times. In the event, these are not supplied, the client shall be liable for costs incurred.

5. SITE CONDITIONS:

Unless otherwise agreed, client is responsible for clearing of any obstructions, rubbish etc prior to job commencement.

6. WARRANTY:

All workmanship is assured for 12 months. For products supplied by suppliers, PERI CONSTRUCTION will pass on to you the benefit of any warranty normally given by supplier.

7. OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES:

It is owner’s responsibility to take all due care after the work is done. In the event of dissatisfaction, customer should notify PERI CONSTRUCTION immediately to ensure that rectification is possible during the works.

8. COMMENCEMENT & COMPLETION DATES:

are subject to weather conditions and other unforeseen delays. Your understanding in these instances is appreciated.

9. SCOPE OF WORKS:

The contractor will carry out and complete the work described in the estimate document in a workman like manner and will not have obligation to execute any further work unless otherwise agreed in writing between both the parties.

10. MATERIALS ON SITE:

Materials delivered to site become the responsibility of the client.

11. PERMIT:

Permits are required and will need to be obtained by clients from relevant authority. PERI CONSTRUCTION can apply for the permit at an extra cost.

12. USE OF DRIVEWAYS:

The company shall be entitled to use any driveway or crossing as a means of access to the property and shall not be responsible for the unintended damages caused due to pre-existing faults.

13. RIGHTS TO GOODS:

Peri Constructions Pty Ltd reserves the right to enter upon customer’s premises or elsewhere to take possession of any goods under any contract for work and materials for which payments have not been received.
